La période d'exploitation au Théâtre est terminée.
The Fine Arts Quartet was founded in Chicago in 1946. The past seventy years gave the quartet a chance to travel across the world, to produce an impressive discography and to stand out as one of the most brilliant quartets.
While the two violins Ralph Evans and Efim Boico have been playing together since the beginning of the 1980's, viola player Juan-Miguel Hernandez and cellist Robert Cohen joined them only a few years ago. A perfect proof of the Fine Arts Quartet's constant renewal.
For this first concert at the Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord, the quartet will be accompanied by pianist Romain Descharmes and violinist Pierre Fouchenneret, two young artists faithful to the “Belle Saison”.
Beethoven’s spirit, Ravel’s poetry, Chausson’s magic and many others are encapsulated in this programme.
