The Wine Bar

The environment of the Bouffes du Nord theatre is honest and down to earth. Today, the aim of our Wine Bar is to offer no-fuss, quality, wholesome cuisine. We work with French farmers, fishermen and producers who maintain traditional farming methods and respect the environment. Quality is important to us in what we suggest for our daily menus, which include charcuterie from South-West France, cheese from the Auvergne region, and fresh fish and vegetables.

Our menus

La Cochon
 
Sliced sausage, salami, black aveyron ham and home-made pâté. 14,00 €

Tagliatelle with carrots and crunchy parsnip with red cabbage chutney,
verrine of soup and small mixed salad.
